Question: How many translators are included within your database?

Answer: As of June 2009 there are 510 translators or independent translation firms included within our database.

Question: Does the database come in Excel? Could I view a sample of it?

Answer: The Database of Translators is offered in Excel format and there is an example of what each entry looks like on our website here.

Question: How did your team build this database? Why should we pay for a database that at least partially relies upon publicly available data?

Answer: Our team of two researchers and five total professionals built the Database of Translators by receiving permission from translation firms to publish their contact details to our database and by collecting data from publicly available websites. We believe this product is worth $500-$800 as it would take anyone almost one hundred hours to collects these same details via the web.

Question: Does your firm provide refunds in case our group is not able to raise assets through using this database of contacts?

Answer: No, while the data included within this database is publicly available our team spent over 80 hours compiling, sorting and organizing it so that it may be easily used within almost any CRM system or as a standalone capital raising or career management tool. Once the database has been purchased and delivered the full value has been realized and we cannot provide a refund once the transaction has been completed.

Question: Why does your firm only release 100 copies of each version of the Database of Translators? Isn't that bad for business?

Answer: Yes, it is bad for business over the short term, but we see it as a necessary evil in order for us to offer a valuable exclusive resource over the long-haul. By slowly releasing this resource to only 100 firms with each version we release the data becomes more valuable to our clients.
